Rakko Inc. developed the Mitasu application as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Rakko Inc. and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

Information Collection and Use

We prioritize your privacy. Mitasu does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, user data, or tracking information to our servers. All processing of your hydration records and configurations is handled entirely on your local device.

Apple Health (HealthKit) Integration

To help you track and manage your hydration levels, Mitasu integrates with Apple Health (HealthKit).

  • Data Accessed: With your explicit permission, Mitasu writes hydration data (Dietary Water) to the HealthKit database on your iOS device.
  • Local Processing: All hydration and health data processed by Mitasu is stored locally on your device or within your private Apple Health database. We do not transmit, upload, or store this health data on our servers.
  • Apple Guidelines Compliance (App Store Review Guideline 5.1.3):
    • We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or any other data-mining purposes.
    • We do not sell, share, or disclose your HealthKit data to any third-party service providers, advertisers, or other entities.
  • User Control: You can control Mitasu’s access to your HealthKit data at any time. You can grant or revoke permissions for writing hydration data through the iOS Health app under the “Sharing” > “Apps” settings.

Subscription & In-App Purchases

Mitasu offers premium features via in-app subscriptions.

  • Payment Processing: All financial transactions and payment processing are handled securely by Apple via the App Store.
  • No Financial Data Collection: Rakko Inc. does not collect, access, or store any of your billing information, credit card numbers, or transaction histories. All payment details are processed in accordance with Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Crash Data and Analytics

We do not integrate any third-party analytics or tracking SDKs (such as Firebase, Google Analytics, or Facebook SDK) into the app.

However, to help us improve the app’s stability and performance, we may receive anonymous crash reports and usage statistics directly from Apple, only if you have explicitly opted in to share this information with developers through your iOS device settings (“Share With App Developers”). This information does not contain personally identifiable information and is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. You can change your preferences at any time in your device’s Settings app.

Third-Party Services

Mitasu does not use third-party services that collect information used to identify you. We do not display advertisements.

Since our app does not collect personal data, it is safe for users of all ages, including children under the age of 13.
